·         Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of January 2025 is 124,719 down by 1,413 or -1% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 24,114,382, an increase of 0% from the previous year.

 

Ridership is still approximately 33 percent lower than pre-pandemic level.

 

·         On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 70.7% for the month of January 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 38 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while one (1) route, Route 151 had an on-time performance of less than 50%.

 

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including on-time performance monthly.

 

·         Farebox Recover

Starting this month, fare collections are being allocated to both bus and Skyline. This has caused a decrease in the farebox recovery ratio.

 

·         Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for January was 228,745 miles.

 

·         Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 9,682 miles for the month.

 

·         Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the December sign-up and will remain in effect until the March sign-up.

-       Route 200, trippers added to address scheduled adherence.
